QHHT or BQH?

In the arena of hypnosis regression techniques there are 2 popular options that both clients and potential practitioners often wonder which one might be the right choice for them.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and Beyond Quantum Healing both deliver successful regressions via hypnosis, however there are some differences to be aware of.

QHHT was developed by the late Dolores Cannon. She was one of a few pioneers that delved into consciousness exploration through hypnosis.

During her lengthy career she wrote a significant number of bestselling books. I first read her Convoluted Universe Series, which she exclaimed was for people who wanted their minds bent like pretzels. Indeed!

BQH was created by Candace Craw Goldman who was a student of Dolores and went on to work and teach classes alongside her. Beyond Quantum Healing solved a problem by offering instruction for holding sessions online, which is not supported with QHHT.

For someone seeking to experience a session for themselves, I personally feel it's the individual skill and the connection with the practitioner that is the more critical aspect rather then the method they are trained in.  As a member of the quantumhealers.com forum for several years and having had the opportunity to speak with many practitioners, plenty of whom are certified in both modalities, this does seem to be the consensus.

The bottom line is that both QHHT or BQH teaches the skills needed to facilitate successful sessions. I encourage everyone to first meet with their practitioner to get a feel for them before committing to a session. This will be time well spent!

For those seeking certification however, I do feel there is a clear preference. As I've stated, in my opinion, there is nothing related to client outcomes that supports one method over the other.

QHHT is significantly more expensive and contains 3 different levels. Students must submit 25 practice sessions before gaining certification.

Back when Dolores began teaching her method, there were very few types of metaphysical trainings and the whole idea of past life regression was relatively unheard of so it makes sense that it would have been important to have students submit practice sessions. Today I don't feel that is necessary. The whole process of clients connecting with their higher selves is much more accessible and facilitators often have already trained in other complimentary modalities.

One last difference that I'd like to mention is the energy behind each of the modalities. Beyond Quantum Healing is a heart based technique and encourages incorporating other modalities that will support the client. It's quite unrestricted, which I absolutely love. QHHT is promoted as training for a career so the focus is slightly different.
